INGREDIENTS :
Austrian Crescent Potato - 1 kg
Jeera Cumin Seeds - 4 tbsp
Paprika Powder - 2 tbsp
Iodised Salt - 2 tbsp
Refined Corn oil - 300 ml
Red food colour - 1 tsp
DIRECTIONS :
Wash and boil the potatoes in a long bottom cooking vessel for 15 minutes untill it's soft with prickable consistency.
Cool and Remove the skins off.Cut into small cubes.
Fried Soup sticks with Guava
In a kadai,add corn oil,fry jeera for a minute.Add Paprika powder,Salt and food colour and stir for 1 min.Then add the potato cubes.Mix we'll.Cover and cook for another 15 minutes untill golden brown.Turn on both sides.Stir we'll inbetween.
Aloo jeera snack is ready to serve with Wheat Chapathi,Basmathi Rice.
