Ingredients

Sun dried Beef fat/Rinds @Mohammad pura for 500 Bangladeshi Taka for Handfull of Beef Skins
For the Sauce : 100ml oil
2 tbsp mustard
10 curry leaves
2 large onions chopped
4 large tomatoes chopped
1 hand full of coriander
For the Masale: 4 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4 tbsp mutton masale
1 tbsp chilli powder
2 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp garam masala
2 tbsp coriander powder
dried spices as usual 1 small cup
2 tbsp salt and pepper
200ml water
100ml oil for refrying fat

Heat 100ml oil in the pan.Splitter mustard seeds and curry leaves

Add chopped onions,tomatoes.Fry for 2 mins.Add ginger garlic paste and spices.Fry for 2 mins.Add masalas and fry for another 2 mins.

Add 200ml of water and bring it to boil.

After it starts to boil,add sundried fat pieces.Boil for another 10 minutes untill cooked.Garnish with coriander leaves.Add salt and pepper

Remove the boiled fat pieces which look like taenia.Heat 100ml oil in a pan and fry the fat pieces.It pops up like papad

Enjoy your kulambu curry with cooked rice or idlis with munchy taenia fat.

You can store the sun dried fat at home for a month or so..
