Clove Beans Pickle

INGREDIENTS :
Clove Beans - 250 grams
Sunflower oil - 300 ml
Chilli powder 5 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 3 tbsp
Curry leaves - 10
Lemon - 1
Citric acid crystals - 1 tbsp
Asafoetida - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 2 tbsp
Sea Salt - 2 tbsp
Fenugreek Powder - 1 tbsp

DIRECTIONS :
Wash and cut the Clove Beans.Split into two.

In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds,curry leaves, asafoetida,turmeric powder, Fenugreek Powder,sea salt and chilli powder.Saute for 1 minute.

Add the Clove Beans.Fry for 2 minutes.Add 1 lemon juice and citric acid crystals.

Sprinkle some water if required.Cover and cook for another 15 minutes untill the oil separates.

Clove Beans Instant Pickle is ready.Serve with wheat bread or Rasam Rice.
