European Eel Capsicum Gravy

INGREDIENTS :

European Eel - 3 cleaned.

Sea salt and Turmeric for cleaning

Red Onions - 1 double big sized ground

Big Rainbow Tomatoes - 2 big sized ground

Green Bellpepper - 1 small into cubes

Cashews - 10 ground

Black Dry grapes - 20 ground

Curry leaves - 10 chopped

Coriander - 1 cup chopped

Curd - 1 cup

Garam masala - 2 tbsp

Coconut oil - 100 ml

DIRECTIONS :

Fry the chopped curry leaves in oil.Cut the capsicum into cubes and fry.Keep it separately.

Cut and Grind the onions and tomatoes together into a smooth paste.Add to the oil in a pan.Fry for 2 mins.

Add the eel fish and garam masala.Mix we'll.Cover and cook for 10 mins.

Grind the cashews and dry grapes into a paste.Add to the fish.Add 1 cup of curd.Mix we'll.Cover and cook untill oil separates.

Garnish with coriander,fried bell pepper and curry leaves.

Serve with Peas Pulao.
