Finned Bullseye/ Disco Fish Fry


 INGREDIENTS :

Disco fish - 1/2 kg ,mouth cut and body cleaned of gills.Fins cut and scales removed.

SeaSalt and turmeric for cleaning

Pudina - 1 cup

Fish 65 masala - 1 packet

Lemon - 1

Gram flour - 4 tbsp

Egg - 1

Red Onions - 1 finely sliced

Omam - 1 tbsp

Soda salt - 1 tsp

Coconut oil - 100 ml

DIRECTIONS : 

In a bowl mix pudina,lemon juice,red onions,omam,soda salt,fish 65 masala,gramflour and egg.Make a batter.Add some water.

Marinate the Disco fish with the above mixture forming a thick coating like bhajjis.

Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the fishes in medium flame for 10 mins on both sides.

Serve hot with Coconut chutney.
