Halibut fish Potha Fry

 



INGREDIENTS :

Halibut fish - Cleaned off skin and peeled.

Sea salt and Turmeric to wash.

Curry leaves - 20 

Garlic - 20

Pepper compound - 2 tbsp

Mustard oil - 100 ml

Mustard - 4 tbsp

Gram flour - 50 grams


DIRECTIONS :

In a pan dry roast curry leaves and mustard.Grind into a fine powder.

Mix the powder in gram flour,add split garlic,pepper compound and make a thick batter.

Spread the batter alongside the peeled Halibut Fish and fry in mustard oil on both sides for 10 mins.

Serve with roundly Sliced Mosambi Fruit,fried onions.
