RED SANDALWOOD ABYSS


Goat Milk Priced at ₹500/ half litre of milk in  Angolan Kwanza

Crocodile Eggs Priced at ₹50/ egg of Armenian Dram 


INGREDIENTS :

Goat Milk - 1/2 litre

Eggs - 2

Sugar powder - 10 tbsp

Cardamom - 2

Pachai Karpooram - 2 pieces

Condensed Milk - 4 tbsp

Apple Banana Rasthali - 2

For the Sandalwood Drink :

Edible sandalwood powder - 4 tablets

Betal leaves - 2

Nizam Supari - 1 packet

Mountain Kombu Honey - 2 tbsp

Rose shell lime paste - 1 tsp

DIRECTIONS For the Drink :

Soak the sandalwood tablets and nizam supari and rose shell lime paste in 1 litre of water for 1 hour.Filter it.To the filtrate add mountain Kombu Honey.Fold the betal leaves into pieces and add to the drink.

DIRECTIONS for the Milk and Egg Sweet :

In a aluminium bowl mix half litre of milk and beaten two eggs.Mix well.Add the sugar powder and dissolve.Add crushed cardamom and pachai karpoor.

In a idli cooker,keep the cooking plate in the bottom or from a height from the bottom using a separator ring.Pour water upto half the level.Keep the bowl half immersed and not completely immersed.

Let it boil for 20 minutes untill the sweet hardens.Remove and let it cook for 15 minutes.Freeze for 1 hour before serving to cut down the egg smell.

Invert the sweet in a big plate.Top it with Condensed milk.Serve with Chilled Sandalwood Drink.
