Mini Soya Chunks JAMAICA




Soya Masala Cooked By Me

Cooking Time : 1 hour

INGREDIENTS :

Mini Soya Chunks - 300 grams

Water - 1 litre

Black Pepper Compound - 4 tbsp

Paprika powder - 2 tbsp

Sea salt - 2 tbsp

Saffola Refined Palm Oil mix - 100 ml

Mustard seeds - 2 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp


Soya 65 Cooked by Me 

DIRECTIONS :

Soak the Soya Chunks in water for 15 minutes.Drain the excess water.Squeeze the Soya Chunks.If it is saturated with water,then it will start to boil and will not fry.


In a non stick pan,add palm oil and mustard seeds.Add ginger garlic paste.Fry.

Add the Soya Chunks and fry for 5 mins stirring continuously.

Add the pepper compound,paprika powder and crushed sea salt.Fry for another 5 minutes.


Close and cook in low flame for 10 minutes.

Soya Meal Maker fry is ready for an evening snack with tomato soups,broken rice porridge.
