Rani Fish/Pink Perch Fry

 INGREDIENTS :

Rani fish - 1/2 kg,cleaned and single cut. Priced at 1600 per half kilogram of CANADIAN DOLLAR

Sea salt and Turmeric for washing

Cotton seed oil - 100 g

Soya sauce - 2 ounce

Tomato sauce - 4 tbsp

Red chilli sauce - 4 tbsp

Distilled White Vinegar - 4 tbsp

Green chillies - 2

Manuka Honey - 4 tbsp

Hot Paprika powder - 2 tbsp

Sea salt - 1 tbsp

Maida - 2 tbsp

DIRECTIONS :

Heat cottonseed oil in a pan and add 2 tbsp of hot Paprika powder and sea salt in low flame.This is the base for cooking.

Dust maida onto rani fish a fry them in oil in low flame for 10 mins on both sides.Cover and cook after it fries on one side.

Mix Soy sauce,tomato sauce,red chilli sauce,vinegar,chopped green chillies and honey.

Serve the Rani fish with sauce and sliced oranges.
