Sockeye Salmon fillet and Apple Malt Juice

Ingredients:

Sockeye Salmon - 3/4 kg small one cut into fillets with skin.Donot peel off the skin in kids.
Safflower oil - 300 ml

Grey salt - 2 tbsp

Crushed pepper Kernels - 2 tbsp.Dry roast a few black pepper corns and crush them for a bubble crushing experience.

Dill - chopped 1 cup

Ajinomoto - 2 tbsp

For the Drink :

Golden Delicious apples - Red 1 deseeded and chopped without removing the skins.


Palm Sugar - 100 grams for the rum effect

Cane sugar - 100 grams for sweetness

Bavaria Holland - Malt drink 1 tin
In a juicer jar add apples,palm sugar,cane sugar and filter out the substrate.

Add Bavaria malt on top of the juice.Apple malt juice is ready.

Directions :
Wash the salmon and pat dry.Dust with corn flour.Dont add too much powder.

In a frying pan add 300 ml of oil or less..in case of nonstick pan 100 ml is enough.Or else the fish will be overcooked.

Place the fillets about 5 for 1 round.Turn the fillets and cook for 5 mins on both sides untill crisp.Adding butter will do,but when leftover fridge it will waxify creating a hard surface to bite.

While cooking add grey salt and crushed pepper onto the oil once fish is ready.Add chopped Dill to the cooking fish.Toss with tongs or dosa tool.

Serve hot with Apple Malt Juice.
