Red Tuna MUERTE

INGREDIENTS :

Red Tuna fish - 1/2 kg 1 small size,skin removed, cut and cleaned of bones.Diced into cubes.

Sea salt and Turmeric to rub and wash

Sunflower oil - 100 ml

Flake salt - 1 tbsp

Black pepper - 2 tbsp

Mint leaves - 1 cup chopped

Amalfi lemons - 1 giant sized

Maida - for dusting

Egg - 1

DIRECTIONS :

Dust the tuna fish in maida,coat with egg twice and shallow fry in a pan in oil for 10 minutes untill dark brown.

In a mixing bowl add flake salt,crushed black pepper,chopped mint leaves.Mix the fried tuna fish pieces.

Amalfi lemons are of good taste when it comes to a juice.My father trades in a lot of sacks during seasons.If you like it bitter,then chop them into 4 slices.Mix smoked paprika and sea salt.Dip in it for better results and tanginess.

TUNA fish fry is ready to serve with Amalfi Lemons.Make some Lemonade.Enjoy a evening in Amalfi Coast with your valentine.
