WINGED BEAN CHINESE STYLE

INGREDIENTS :
Winged beans - 10 nos
Soy Sauce - 4 tbsp
Green Chilli sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato Sauce - 4 tbsp
Ajinomoto - 1 tbsp
Pepper - 2 tbsp
Sea Salt - 1 tbsp
Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Coconut oil - 100 ml
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Winged Beans Cooked by Me
DIRECTIONS :
Wash the winged beans and cut into cubes.It has less of starch which is rich in nutrients and it's a medicinal herb.So don't wash it after cutting,or else it will loose it's magical curing power.
In a pan add coconut oil and splutter the mustard seeds.Donot add curry leaves as it will neutralize the medicinal properties.
Add Winged beans cubes and fry for a minute.Donot overfry like other vegetables,it will give up all the nutrients.
Add soy sauce,chilli sauce,tomato sauce, ajinomoto,vinegar,pepper and salt.Fry for another one minute,and cover and cook for 15 minutes.Add some 100 ml of water to cook.
Serve hot with boiled hakka noodles and long cut carrot,capsicum and lettuce.
