DOVE DELICACY :

Ingredients :

1 kg of White Dove from Ponnamapet Puthu Mariyamman Terminal

Manakkadu Chicken Masala Neutral- 1 packet

Lavender 🪻 Mint - 1 bunch

Spices - Mustard Cinnamon Cardamon Clove Elachi Star Anise Jathi Pathiri Maratti Moggu Brinji leaf

Palmolein Oil - 100 ml

Rajendra Sonia Erode Bulb Turmeric Powder - 2 tbsp
பூவினம் மாநாடு போடும்

Table Salt - 2 tsp


Dove Cultivated by me in Puthu Mariyamman Temple 2019


Directions : 

Wash the dove under ganges water and dry.

Add Rajendra Sonia Erode Bulb Turmeric, Table salt,Lavender Mint,Manakkadu Chicken Masala and cover up the Dove for 1/2 an hour.

Heat Palm 🌴 oil in a frying pan and add mustard and the whole spices and fry for a minute.

Then add the Dove mixture and fry for 5 minutes.Add 1 cup of water.Cover and cook for 10 minutes. 


Tasty Dove Masala is now ready.Sprinkle some sugar on top..Decorate with Little Hearts Biscuit ! 

Serve with Maida Dosa or Godumai Egg dosa.
