BEEF LIVER GRAVY : 

Ingredients :

Beef Liver 1/2 kg from Mahmud Pura cubed

Sakthi Chicken Masala - 1 packet 


Gamthi Curry leaves - 20 

Vidalia Onions - 1 sliced

Guntur Red Chilli - 4

English Grey Salt - 2 tbsp

Usha Refine Sunflower oil - 100 ml

Black Mustard - 2 tbsp


Directions : 

Add oil in a pan and add black mustard, gamthi curry leaves, guntur red chilli,vidalia onions,english grey salt.

Fry for 2 minutes..

Add the Cubed beef liver.Fry for 10 mins on medium. 

Add Sakthi Chicken Masala.

If required sprinkle water.

Cover and cook for another 10 minutes untill soft.

BEEF LIVER GRAVY IS READY NOW..

SERVE HOT WITH White Rice 🍚 🌾
