INGREDIENTS:
For the Marinade : Broiler Chicken grown with goods cut and processed in Mohammad Pura 1kg
Turmeric 4 tbsp
Sea salt 2 tbsp
Chilli powder 4 tbsp
Curry Masala/Chicken Masala 4 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Lemon 1
Salt as taste 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp
For the Saute: Oil 200ml
Onions big 1
Tomatoes big 2
Curry leaves 10
Coriander leaves 1 handful
Dried Spices to add : Patta 1
Lavangam 4
Yaelakkai 2
Briyani leaf 1
Maratti Mokku 2
Star Anaise 1
Kaskasa 1 tbsp
Soambu 1 tbsp
DIRECTIONS :
Wash the chicken twice with water and dry.Add turmeric and sea salt.Wait for 10 minutes if the meat is too hard.Wash it again
Marinate the chicken with Ginger garlic paste,Chilli Curry and Coriander powders.Squeeze a lemon to bind.Set time 15 minutes
In a bottomless pan,add oil and heat.Add mustard,curry leaves,spices,onions and tomato.Saute for a minute.
Add the marinated chicken pieces and fry for 2 minutes.Add water of 200 ml and cover the lid.
After 5-10 minutes open the lid and give a mix.Switch off the flame.Donot overheat.Add coriander leaves.
Now healthy Chicken Chilli Gravy is ready.Join with Steamed Rice and enjoy.
