INGREDIENTS :
For the Marinade : 1/2 kg beef cultivated under UV rays with cotton seed and rice bran oil cake processed and hanged in Mohammad Pura
Turmeric 2 tbsp
Sea salt 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Garam masala 2 tbsp
Curry masala 4 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 4 tbsp
For the Gravy :300 ml oil
mustard seeds 1 tbsp
Onions 2 big
Tomatoes 2 big
Curry leaves 10
Coriander leaves 1 hand
Vegetables : Carrot 2 diced
Cabbage 1/2 cup diced
beans 4 diced
grated coconut 1 cup
palm sugar 100 gms
water 300ml
Spices to add : Brinji leaves 1

DIRECTIONS :
Wash the 1/2 kg beef once with turmeric and salt.Pat it dry
Add Ginger garlic paste,chilli garam curry coriander powders to it and mix well.Rest for 1 hour
Add 300 ml oil to a kadai and add mustard seeds curry leaves and spices
After splittering add marinated beef and fry for 10 mins
The add onions,tomatoes,vegetables and saute for another 10 mins
Add 300 ml of water to the cooking mixture and increase the flame.Let it boil for 1/2 an hour
Simmer and add grated coconut palm sugar and coriander leaves
Cool down and reheat after 6 hours for best serve.Donot refrigerate
Maana Mutton gravy is ready for a healthy start.
