SERVILLIAS PEARL
Servilia's pearl was a pearl given by Julius Caesar to his favourite mistress Servilia. It was described by imperial biographer Suetonius to be a lone (uniones, meaning "singleton")[1] large black pearl[2] worth six million sesterces (approximately 1.5 billion dollars in 2019 value), making it perhaps the most valuable gem of all time. It may also be the first known individual pearl recorded in human history.

Broken Brown Eggs Gravy Dhaba Style :
Ingredients :
Mustard Oil - 20 tbsp
Panch Phoran Mix
I'm adding
Nigella-Kalonji for Tanginess
Fenugreek-Methi for Bitterness
Brown-Mustard for Spicyness
Poppy-Kaskas for Astringent
Ajwain-Omam for Divineness
- 2 tbsp
Brown Country Chicken Eggs - 6
Broken Black Urad Dhall - 1 tbsp
Broken Channa Dal - 1 tbsp
Red Vein Curry leaves - 2 veins
Crushed Piper Nigrum - 10-20 pods
Rupani's Diamond 💎 Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 small cup

Aachi Egg Curry Masala - 1 packet
Bermuda/Cipollini Onions - 1 thinly sliced and fried
Blue Tomatoes - 3 cut into 4
Persian Blue Salt - Crushed - 1 tsp
Cold Pressed Coconut oil - 50 ml

Formula :
In a deep bottom kadai, heat mustard oil, add panch Phoran Mix ,Red Vein Curry leaves,Anise Hyssop Mint,Crushed Piper Nigrum.Saute for 2 mins.
Add Rupani's Diamond Ginger Garlic Paste - Its the most special of all Mughal Cuisine with Galangal- Thai Ginger which is fibrous and Elephant Garlic which gives volume with no extra taste.Donot fry the paste.
Add Blue Tomatoes immediately.Add the Aachi Egg Masala powder.Give it a mix. Cover and fry for 2-5 mins on high.
Once bubbles,add 100 ml of water.Give it a stir.When Water comes to boil,oil will separate .Slowly break the eggs into it in full form.Do not mix.Close the lid and simmer for 2 minutes.
When the egg is done,add crushed Persian Blue Salt and 50 ml of Coconut oil.Give a mix without breaking the eggs.Shut down for a minute.
Serve hot with Wheat Pooris in a plate.Garnish with fried Bermudan Cipollini Onions.
Slice a Zucchini Costata from the Meccana's by me into 6 longly,add some Carribean Haute Pepper Powder and Flake salt.
