INGREDIENTS :
For the Blanching : Beef intestine grown in farm under sun governance, cleaned cut and processed in Mohammad Pura 1kg
Turmeric 4 tbsp
Sea salt 4 tbsp
Vinegar 10 tbsp
Water 1 litre
For the batter : Gram flour 250gms
Maida 100 gms
Corn flour 100 gms
Idli soda 1 tbsp
Mutton masala 50 gms
Ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp
Curry leaves 20
Pepper 2 tbsp
Oil 300ml


DIRECTIONS : 
Wash the beef intestine several times untill you feel comfortable with smell
Add turmeric sea salt and soak for 10 minutes
In a cooker,add 1 litre of water and 10 tbsp of vinegar and bring to boil.Add the soaked intestine along with turmeric and sea salt.Boil for 30 minutes untill it turns hard.Set off the flame
Drain the water and let it cool.Then add Gram flour,Maida,Corn flour,idli soda,Mutton masala,pepper,ginger garlic paste,curry leaves to it
Mix well and soak for another 30 minutes.
Heat oil in pan and fry them as fritters.
Rest them for one night without freezing (10 hours max)
Next day fry it again in oil and serve with sliced onions.
