Mithaimate PROFESSOR


INGREDIENTS :

Naga Gulab Jamun Mix - 1 Packet
Cashews and Black Raisins - 1 handfull

Baking Powder - 2 tsp

Baking Salt - 1 tsp

Manama Vanilla Syrup - 2 Oz
Eggs - 3

Vanaspati / Dalda - 50 grams


For the Syrup :

Marayoor Jaggery blogs - 10


DIRECTIONS : 

Blend all the ingredients together.

Bake at 160°C for 10 mins

Then 120°C for  20 mins

In a pan melt Marayoor Jaggery with Water.

Pull the Gulab Jamun cake into pieces and mix with the jaggery.

Set in fridge for a few hours.

Tasty Instant Muttai Mithai is ready !
