Laksa Sangu Pastha with fresh Groundnut


Ingredients : 

Ghee - 4 tbsp

Sangu Pasta - 1 cup

Dried Krill Shrimp - 1 cup

Fresh Groundnut - handfull
It doesn't have skins to winnow

Walla Walla Onions - 1 big sliced into semicircles

Curry leaves - 10

Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp

Green and Red Chilli Sauce - 2 tbsp

Apple 🍎 Cider Vinegar - 2 tsp

Kashmiri dried red chilli - 4 broken

Tata Salt - 2 tsp

Pepper powder - 1 tbsp


Directions :

In a kadai, add ghee,add mustard and curry leaves,dried kashmiri chillies.

Add Wala Wala onions and fry for 2 mins untill golden brown.

Wash the dried Krill shrimp twice and filter.

Add the shrimps and groundnuts and fry.

Add 300 ml of water and bring to boil.

Add the Sangu pasta and add the soya sauce,apple cidar vinegar,green and red chilli sauces.

Cover and cook for 10 mins .It will take time because of the sago and shape !

Add pepper and salt.
