Ingredients :
Big Sago Pearls - 100 grams soaked
Coriander leaves - chopped
Capsicum 1/2 - chopped
Cabbage 1/2 - chopped
Ajinomoto - 1 tbsp
Soda salt - 1 tbsp
Corn Flour - 4 tbsp
Onion 1 - chopped
Hing - 1 tsp
Salt and pepper - 2 tsp
Directions :
Wash and Soak the Big Sago pearls in water for a few hours
Drain the water.Add chopped capsicum,onion and cabbage.
Add asafoetida,coriander, ajinomoto,soda salt and salt and pepper
In a kadai heat oil on high flame.Fry the Vadas carefully as it is watery.
Turn on the Vadas on low flame.Cook for 5 mins.
Done !
Serve with Coriander Chutney
