INGREDIENTS :
Red Ace Beetroot - 1 kg
Water - 1 litre
White Pepper powder - 2 tbsp
Lemon - 1
Soda Water - 1/2 litre
Salt - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 5 tbsp

DIRECTIONS :
Peel the beetroot,wash and cut into cubes.If you don't like it raw blanch the beetroot in hot water for 15 mins.
Usually it will taste like carrot and quitely bitter.
Blend the beetroot in a mixie jar untill smooth.Or extract it's juice in a juicer.
Add water to the blended mixture and mix.Filter the raw juice.Again blend the pulp for the second extract if necessary.
The filtrate just looks like a fresh wine extract.
Add lime juice,pepper and salt and sugar.Mix with soda water.Add some ice cubes.
Beetroot juice is ready for a healthier morning start.
