After a few years of Chilli Chicken Cubes,I was introduced to the Leg Piece.
This Bar in the River Side Street needs Side Dish.
One such Introduced side dish was Garlic Chicken Thighs.
An wholesome Chicken Thigh almost like a Turkey thigh weighing about more than 1/4 of the Kilogram.
Very CRISPY JUICY FLESHY inside with ROASTED GARLIC AND CURRY LEAVES outside.
The taste of flesh was Tasteless.Onion sliced sides.
My mom used to make Tasty Dhall recipes like
