On coming to home ,my mom cooked the rooster.She used to make homemade Garam கறி மசாலா and Sambar குழம்பு மிளகாய் தூள் masalas buying special spices from Lee Bazaar.She also used to dry the bought spices and dried pulses in the sun. பரம்ஸ் and கலை used to dry them in the மொட்டை மாடி..Mohenjodharo bath..which is colourful to the eyes
