Sea Horse Kelangan Gravy is famous in Hotel Kaliyuga of Salem Central Prison along with கலி, கீரை குழம்பு,கம்பு ரொட்டி,ஆரிய ரொட்டி,ஆமை கறி..When I have Ulcer and unabled to digest rice,I used to order everytime from.Swiggy and Zomato after 2018.
I used to fry small sized dry fishes like Anchovy with pepper onions curry leaves and salt because I don't like gravy much at home..I used to waste the gravy because I use only less of gravy in my diet , because I put in a lot of ingredients which make it rich and thick !
Usually the bite of it is very special.It delicious from top to tail.It very much chewable like wood.And adding Tamarind pulp enhances it's flavour.Binding and giving an awesome aromatic dilemmas..Best served with Kali and Rice !
