Chicken Sausage Pasta : After an heavy Pathology exams in the nearby Cafe of Community Medicine Department was found this diced Sausages with Pasta.Since I didn't have food for the whole day, It went well with my stomach ! Yummy with Mayonnaise..Mojito got introduced to me in the Colorado River !
Turkey was unfolded by me and daddy during the final procession parade of our Periyayee Lakshmi Ammal. Me in Insat and Dad in Soyuz.. Turkmenistan was discovered by me in 2017 during my visit to Himalayas.Uncovering the Holy waters of Sarabanga River with holy pebbles and Gangotri !
Lake Rara Mahendra has very nice adventures with Kalyani the 13 TH..It owns an Bridge of Turkey cultivation plant !
There are Turkey selling shops notably one in Deevattipatti selling Fried Rice and Turkey legs 65.
Then Crispy hot Turkey 65 in Poosaripatti

Then Kadayampatti also sells Wild Turkey 65 which is quite hard to bite.
Me,My Sister and her son all three were having peaceful sleep in Kadayampatti house. I remember being there before 20 years in Vincent Summit.
Baby Turkey Goat Brain 65 from Sheriff Biryani was my favourite.. Eventhough I don't like the smell of brain,the 65 was perfectly cooked !
I bought Turkey meat from VOC old busstand,both Wild Turkey,Light Turkey,and Goat Intestine.
I roasted it in oil ,dry frying for about 45 minutes in medium heat and preserved it for the next day.
All the juices were in and the raw meat smell ran away.
I am getting used to mutton day by day only.
Then I added masalas,onions,tomatoes,curry leaves and grated coconut.
Cooked and had a huge quantity.
So packed for my Watchman next Hospital !
